Organizational Transformation and Strategy Consultant, Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Dr. Senay Kızılkaya has over 30 years of extensive experience in HR, strategy and finance, and is specialized in organizational transformation and strategic people management across multiple industries. As the HR leader responsible for developing HR strategies for all Novartis group companies in Turkey, she received several global awards for her work. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR and finance leadership roles at Koç Holding, Siemens and The Ritz-Carlton. Her expertise spans M&A and post‑merger integration, change management, organization design, talent management and diversity & inclusion. She also teaches at Bahçeşehir and Marmara Universities and advises companies on building strong cultures and preparing their organizations for the future.

Deniz has held senior HR roles at Takeda Turkey and Novartis Russia, building deep expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, organizational development and change management. With certifications in business continuity, HR business partnering and leadership development, Deniz combines global best practices with local organizational realities. Today Deniz supports organizations in achieving sustainable growth by balancing strategic vision with operational effectiveness and by designing people systems that enable long‑term performance.
